Rates will be based on availability and type of service requested. All Stars will provide the client with an order confirmation that lists all services requested and booked by the client.

Cancellation policy: All confirmed jobs are subject to full or partial cancellation charges. Our policy for confirmed bookings:

1. Cancelled at least 30 days from ordered event date there will be no charges;

2. Cancelled 21-14 days from ordered event date, 50 percent of the quote to be billed;

3. Cancelled 7 days or less from event , 100 percent of the quote will be billed.

We intend to be on time and stay for the duration of each event. If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as construction, motor vehicle accidents or Acts of God (weather related), we expect full payment as quoted.
